1. Shipping & Processing

All physical orders (including HairVibe Hair Oil and merchandise) are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your package has been dispatched via USPS or UPS.

2. Digital Products Delivery

Digital planners, journals, and e-books are available for instant digital download immediately upon purchase. Access links are sent to your order email address and do not incur shipping fees.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal hygienic nature of hair care products and hair extensions, all opened or used hair care items are non-refundable. Digital downloads (e-books, digital planners, prayer journals) are instant access products and are final sale.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eminencesalon.com with photos and your order number for an exchange or store credit.
